Justin Bieber's free concert in Oslo, Norway on Wednesday caused a near state of emergency when teenage girls mobbed the streets to see Bieber perform according to TMZ.<br /> <br /> 49 teenage girls were injured and 14 were taken for emergency care. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.
